What does an emergency dentist visit cost in Pinner?

Your emergency appointment itself is a fixed fee — anything needed after that (extraction, root canal, filling) is priced separately once we know what’s going on.

Treatment Private Fee Plan Members

Emergency dentist vs NHS 111 vs A&E — what’s the difference?

Not every option gets you seen at the same speed, or fixes the actual problem:

Pinner Green Dental NHS 111 Hospital A&E
Same-day appointment if you call before 10am Advice line — may refer you elsewhere or tell you to wait for an NHS dentist slot Long waits, and A&E generally can’t treat routine dental problems anyway
Seen by a dentist who can actually treat the tooth on the spot No dentist on the line — signposting only Pain relief and antibiotics at most — you’ll still need a dentist afterwards
Fixed £75 emergency fee, discounted for plan members Free, but doesn’t solve the problem itself Free at point of use, but not built for dental issues

Don’t Wait for the Pain to Get Worse

Call before 10am for the best chance of a same-day slot, or message us on WhatsApp and we’ll get back to you fast.

If your emergency turns into ongoing treatment: Root Canal · Crowns · Dental Implants (if a tooth can’t be saved)

Questions People Ask About Emergency Dental Care

Can I get seen today for a dental emergency?
In most cases, yes — call before 10am and we’ll do our best to fit you in that morning. The earlier you call, the more likely we can see you the same day.
What should I do if I’ve knocked out a tooth?
Pick it up by the crown (not the root), rinse it gently if dirty, and try to pop it back in its socket if you can — or keep it in milk if not. Call us immediately; the faster you’re seen, the better the chance of saving it.
Do you accept NHS emergency patients?
Pinner Green Dental provides emergency care privately. If you need an NHS emergency dentist specifically, NHS 111 can direct you to same-day NHS dental services in the area.
How much does an emergency dentist appointment cost?
The emergency appointment fee is £75 (£67.50 for Dental Plan members). Any further treatment needed — an extraction, filling, or root canal — is quoted separately once we’ve assessed the tooth.
What if it’s outside opening hours?
Call 020 8866 0362 and leave a message, or WhatsApp us — we check messages first thing and will call you back to arrange the earliest possible slot.
