In pain right now? Call before 10am and we’ll do our best to see you the same day.
If you’re dealing with sudden tooth pain, a broken tooth, or a dental injury, you need an emergency dentist in Pinner who can actually see you fast — not a booking system that puts you three weeks out. At Pinner Green Dental, we hold same-day slots for exactly this. Call before 10am and we’ll do everything we can to get you seen that morning.
If you’re not sure whether it’s urgent, these are the situations where you shouldn’t wait:
Pain that keeps you up or won’t ease with painkillers
Time matters — see us as fast as possible
From a fall, sport, or biting something hard
Facial swelling needs same-day attention
Exposed tooth can be sensitive and vulnerable
After an injury or unexpectedly from the gums
Tell us what’s happened
Fit you in the same morning where we can
Immediate steps to get you comfortable
Clear next steps, with costs explained upfront
Your emergency appointment itself is a fixed fee — anything needed after that (extraction, root canal, filling) is priced separately once we know what’s going on.
| Treatment | Private Fee | Plan Members |
|---|---|---|
| Emergency / Urgent Appointment | £75 | £67.50 |
| Extraction | From £195 | — |
| Root Canal Treatment | From £695 | From £625 |
| White Filling (Small / Medium / Large) | £165 – £295 | £130.50 – £265.50 |
Note for developer: the live /fees/ page currently shows two different pricing tables with conflicting numbers (e.g. Root Canal listed as both “From £695” and “From £595”). Confirm the correct current fees with the client before publishing this page.
Not every option gets you seen at the same speed, or fixes the actual problem:
| Pinner Green Dental | NHS 111 | Hospital A&E |
|---|---|---|
| Same-day appointment if you call before 10am | Advice line — may refer you elsewhere or tell you to wait for an NHS dentist slot | Long waits, and A&E generally can’t treat routine dental problems anyway |
| Seen by a dentist who can actually treat the tooth on the spot | No dentist on the line — signposting only | Pain relief and antibiotics at most — you’ll still need a dentist afterwards |
| Fixed £75 emergency fee, discounted for plan members | Free, but doesn’t solve the problem itself | Free at point of use, but not built for dental issues |
Call before 10am for the best chance of a same-day slot, or message us on WhatsApp and we’ll get back to you fast.
