Invisalign uses a series of clear, custom-made aligners to move your teeth gradually into place, without the metal brackets or wires of traditional braces. At Pinner Green Dental, we’ve been fitting Invisalign for local patients for years, using 3D imaging so you can see roughly how your smile will change before you commit to anything.
Each aligner is custom-made from a scan of your own teeth and worn for 20 to 22 hours a day, swapped for the next one in the series every one to two weeks. Over several months, that gradual pressure shifts your teeth into position. You’ll come in every four to six weeks so we can check progress, and once treatment finishes you’ll be given a retainer to stop things drifting back.

20–22 hrs/day, new one every 1–2 weeks
Progress reviewed every 4–6 weeks
Free retainer keeps results in place
There’s usually a short adjustment period — a few days where the aligners feel unfamiliar in your mouth — but most patients find their speech settles back to normal quickly.
You’ll likely feel some pressure each time you switch to a new aligner in the series. That’s normal — it means the aligner is doing its job — and it usually eases within a couple of days.
Invisalign at Pinner Green Dental runs from £3,250 to £4,750, depending on how much movement your teeth need. You’ll get an exact quote at your consultation, once we can see your scan.
